Collection Policy

At The Baby Barn Pram Centre, all orders are collection only from our store, and there is no charge for collection.

Complimentary Travel System Assembly

If you purchase a travel system, we are pleased to offer a complimentary assembly service. Your travel system will be professionally assembled, fully checked by our team, and ready for you to use when you collect it.

Please note that furniture is supplied flat-packed and is not assembled for collection.

Collection Times

If all items in your order are in stock, your order will usually be ready for collection within 5–7 business days.

If any item is currently out of stock, collection times will vary depending on our supplier's availability and lead times. Unfortunately, supplier lead times are beyond our control.

If you have any questions regarding product availability before placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

Collection Notification

Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you using the telephone number and/or email address provided when placing your order. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store.

Customer Information

Please ensure your name, email address, telephone number, and postal address are entered correctly when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in communication or unsuccessful contact resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Although your order is for collection, your postal address is required for product warranty registration where applicable.

Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer and brand. Please refer to our Warranty section for details relating to your specific product.
