Since 1993, The Baby Barn has been Warwickshire's trusted destination for everything baby.Founded by Sue and Ian when their daughter Lottie was just nine months old, we're proud to remain a family-run business. Today, Lottie works alongside her parents, with her own little boys, Freddie and Charlie, continuing the family tradition as our chief product testers!
For over 30 years, we've been dedicated to offering expert advice, outstanding customer service, and carefully selected products to help families find everything they need. Whether you're shopping for your first pram, creating your dream nursery, or searching for the perfect gift, our friendly team is here to help every step of the way.

Sue & Ian
Sue and Ian are the heart of The Baby Barn Pram Centre. What began over 30 years ago as a small baby shop on their family farm has grown into one of the region’s leading independent baby retailers. Still family-run, you’ll find Sue and Ian in store every day, offering the same warm welcome, expert advice and genuine care that have made The Baby Barn a trusted destination for local families.

Lottie
Lottie has been part of The Baby Barn her whole life, starting out as the team's youngest product tester! After working with the Riding for the Disabled Association, she returned during the COVID-19 pandemic and has been a key part of the family business ever since. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, Freddie and Charlie.
Favourite Pram: "I have three for different reasons – Mountain Buggy Swift, Bugaboo Fox 5 & Joolz Aer+."
Ben
Ben is the younger of the Dronfield siblings but has had is fair share of product testing and involvement in the background of the business over the years.
After jet setting off to Australia for a number of years, he has settled back in the UK and is now running his own very successful Telecoms & Fibre Optics Business. Never one to sit still, he is also our relief delivery driver, helps out in the warehouse and with maintenance of the store.
When he isn't travelling the world he absolutely loves spending time with his friends visiting various car circuits and causing mischief with his nephews!
Rhiannon
Rhiannon joined the team in 2022 and you'll find her in store on a Saturday.
With 3 wonderful kiddies at home, she has a wealth of pram and travel system knowledge that she has picked up first hand from being a Mum herself! If her life isn't busy enough as it is, she has recently qualified in Law! All while working around children...when does she sleep!?

Jess
Jess has been part of The Baby Barn team for over 8 years.
Her vast knowledge makes her a favourite with new parents and being a mum of 2 girls and one on the way, means she can draw from personal experience.

Tracie has been in the Nursery industry for over 25 years and part of The Baby Barn Team for over 20!
Being a parent to two and an industry expert, Tracie's biggest passion is finding the perfect product for your needs.

Silke
Never one to sit still, Silke is always on the go! Whether she's spending time with family and friends or taking part in one of the many groups she's involved with, there's never a dull—or quiet—moment when she's around. Her infectious energy and positive outlook mean it's almost impossible not to smile in her company.As our dedicated Customer Service superstar, Silke goes above and beyond to help our customers, working hard to resolve any issues as quickly and smoothly as possible. She genuinely loves helping people and is always happy to lend a hand.
When she's not looking after our customers, you'll most likely find Silke with a coffee in hand—because helping people and drinking coffee are two of her favourite things!

Kyra
Kyra joined The Baby Barn in 2024, supporting the team on Saturdays while helping to grow our social media presence.
She quickly became part of the Baby Barn family, and it wasn't long before we wanted to see more of her! Kyra now works with us four days a week and brings plenty of creativity, enthusiasm, and laughter to the team. Her favourite thing to past time? Setting up prank videos on everyone!
Outside of work, Kyra loves spending time with her family and can usually be found giving lots of cudd<3

Charlotte
Charlotte joined The Baby Barn full-time in 2024 and has well and truly settled into Baby Barn life.
After graduating from the University of Lincoln, she quickly became a wonderful addition to the team, bringing creativity, and a willingness to learn every day.
You'll see plenty of Charlotte across our social media channels as she demos all the fantastic brands we stock and shares her favourites with our customers. Whether she's creating content, helping customers, she's always ready to get involved!

Freddie & Charlie are the third generation of "Dronfields" to be running around The Baby Barn.
